L Oréal Professionnel Dia Light is an ammonia-free formula perfect for those with coloured, weakened, or sensitised hair, seeking to refresh their colour and tone lengths and ends between regular colour services. Its innovative acid-gel cream technology ensures a seamless blend, sealing the cuticle for a vinyl-like finish that boosts shine and conditions hair by over 30%. Create customised shades and achieve a personalised colour result that softens the hair fibre and adds tone without lifting.

Directions for Use
Mix L Oréal Professionnel Dia Light in a 1 to 1.5 ratio, combining 1 tube (50ml) Dia Light with 75ml of Dia Activateur 6 vol. (1.8%) or 9 vol. (2.7%). Immediately open the applicator bottle after mixing to prevent bursting. Apply quickly to dry hair using suitable disposable gloves and develop for up to 20 minutes, depending on the desired technical service, such as pre-colouring, toning, refreshing lengths and ends, or adding shine and gloss to previously coloured hair.

Safety Precautions for Hair Colouring

Hair colourants can trigger severe allergic reactions, making it crucial to adhere to the following safety guidelines to protect both you and your client:

  • Glove Use: Always wear suitable disposable gloves during the mixing, application, and rinsing of the product.

  • Instruction Compliance: Ensure you read and follow all product instructions carefully.

  • Age Restriction: This product should not be used on individuals under the age of sixteen.

  • Allergy Risks: Be aware that temporary “black henna” tattoos can heighten allergy risks. Do not proceed with hair colouring if the client:

    • Has a rash, or sensitive, irritated, and damaged scalp.
    • Has previously had a reaction to hair colouring.
    • Has had a reaction to a temporary “black henna” tattoo.

        • Mandatory Allergy Alert Test: Conduct an allergy test 48 hours before each product use, without exception.

          • Eye Safety: Avoid eye contact. Do not use the product to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. If contact occurs, rinse eyes immediately and thoroughly.

          • Post-Application Care: Rinse hair well after application.

          • Service Timing:

            • The product can be used on the same day as a perming or straightening treatment with Diactivateur 6 vol. (1.8%) or 9 vol. (2.7%).
            • Wait at least two weeks after perming, straightening, or relaxing hair before applying the colourant. When using Diactivateur 15 vol. (4.5%), always adhere to this waiting period.
              • Previous Hair Treatments: Avoid using on hair previously coloured with henna or progressive hair colourants.

                • Storage: Keep the product out of children’s reach.
